Our policies are designed to create pressure on businesses to not do business with spammers. Please keep this in mind when reviewing these policies.
1.1. Possible Delisting from the white list
1.1.1. spam emanating through your white listed IP for your mail server.:
1.1.1.1. This could cause your mail server to be delisted on a temporary basis if left unresolved.
1.1.1.1.1. Unresponsive actions on your part can be cause for your server to then be listed in the rejected list.
1.1.1.2. spam support services.
1.1.1.2.1. Including but not limited to the following activities from you or your downstream customers.
1.1.1.2.1.1. Hosting spamware sites.
1.1.1.2.1.2. Hosting spam advertised sites.
1.1.1.2.1.3. spam emanating from your downstream customers.
1.1.1.3. Falsified domain registration information and/or business information.
1.1.1.4. Profiting from spam
1.1.1.4.1. Purchasing leads from spammers, e.g. mortgage spammers.
1.2. Getting listed in the Rejected list
1.2.1. Misuse of our corporate identity, name and/or image whether you are a client or not.
