Eventually there will be two levels of whitelisting services being offered.

The first will be a global white list for those that agree to follow what has been the "best practices" for email.

We are considering a second service where a company can join, create an account and add a smaller list of companies they wish to have email communications with that is unimpeded by blacklists.
