We see the solution as a simple one. White List your IP for your mail server and your problems are solved. The primary issue will be to get the Service Provider you are sending to, to use the White List.
This is where we come in. As long as you are following Best Practices for Mailing List Management and for the Standards of Conduct for Online Business practices we will intervene to get your email accepted.
We will contact the Service Provider to see where the problem is and see if we can work out a solution with them. The solution will usually entail them using the list. This allows us the opportunity to see how many Service Providers will use the list and you will be supplying us a list of those that currently do not use the list.
This is beneficial to you and us.
This also means you, the Bulk Mailer will be able to pay the lowest price for your bandwidth. As long as you maintain a separate mail server from your upstream provider, your email will be delivered. This will save you money and headaches.
First you will no longer have to worry about which Service Provider you use and this means you will not have to worry about having to switch providers midstream because they were black listed.
For those concerned if this will undermine the efforts of those black list operators, this is not true.
